On December 31, 2005, we went to Ardent Studios in Memphis to make a record. The first four songs on this EP came from those sessions. Actually, the grand piano on "Signals" was done at the University of Memphis recording studio. "Killing Time" and "At the Seams" were recorded in a living room and an apartment by Wil Deshazo. "Snake in the Grass" was recorded in a bedroom by Alex Fleming. Most of the songs were written in a bedroom, while sitting on a bed.
